Jay looked forward to when his shift ended and he could go home, and after the day he had man he really looked forward to it. He clocked out, stopped by the hospital to see how Will was doing. Once that was done he went home and slipped inside. He wondered if Grace was home or if she was still at work. He grabbed a bottle of water before checking to see if she was there.

"I'm sure we can find something here unless you are feeling pizza."

He smiled and stroked her cheek tenderly a moment. He savored the closeness before he headed to the kitchen with her.

"I'm glad you are settling in better."

"It's always going to be a challenge. But that's because of me, and carrying around all that baggage from my ex. Even though I wasn't in on his stuff it still creates a stigma."

She shrugged slightly, rummaging through the fridge. She'd let him tell her if any particular thing stood out to him.

"Hey. How's your brother's wedding planning going? It's going to be so weird going to a wedding when I thought I was going to get married. But kinda fun, too."

"He said its going good. It's going to be weird to watch him get married. I'm happy for him though."

He smiled and watched her as he checked out what they had on hand. Speaking of hand his was resting on her back gently, he loved just feeling her under his fingers.

"I always wanted to get married," Grace admitted. "Not that I'm saying we should."
